Jami Craig (she/her), founder, is passionate about improving workforce wellness and collaboration through training and technical assistance, facilitation, mediation, and speaking to audiences of all sizes.

A person with lived experience, a caregiver and advocate for people with lived experience, and survivor of domestic violence, sexual assault, and suicide loss, Jami has helped 1000s of people over the last 25 years find their footing and a way through the darkness.

Using a unique approach encompassing the values of courage, cooperation, commitment, curiosity, and compassion, Jami’s services are transformative, engaging, and customized to ensure clients can implement and sustain collaborative solutions to:

  • Develop a culture of safety, security, connection, and wellness

  • Improve communication, collaboration, and trust in any relationship

  • Reduce stress, drama, conflict, burnout, and turnover

Jami is also a keynote speaker and subject matter expert in workplace wellness, adult learning, conflict resolution, facilitation, professional development, training and development, and instructional design.

Residing in Maryland, Jami enjoys spending time with her wonderful family and friends, as well as performing, singing, writing, snorkeling, hiking, meditating, mentoring, and volunteering.
